This is MY東京絵入りはがき第8集 鉄腕アトム 絵入りはがきセット — a licensed Tezuka Productions set of Japanese picture postcards. Not random fan prints. The sleeve shows the full Atom family: Atom, Uran, Dr. Ochanomizu, Higeoyaji (Mustachio), and the dog, over a repeating MIGHTY ATOM pattern.
